Ultra88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using the ultra88 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ultra88 platform via the website, mobile app, or any associated digital channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or its services. ultra88 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be registered under a minor's name will be closed immediately.
2. Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at ultra88. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ultra88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification, regulatory compliance, and financial transaction processing purposes.
Account Security — User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Avoid using unsecured public WiFi when accessing your account or making transactions.
- Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to ultra88 customer support.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on ultra88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and approved international bank transfers.
Deposit
The minimum deposit is subject to limits set from time to time and displayed within the user's account. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in the registered user's own name. ultra88 does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. ultra88 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals that require further investigation for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Bonus & Rollover Terms
All bonuses received are subject to the rollover requirements stated at the time the offer is made. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover conditions are fully met. ultra88 reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been obtained through illegitimate means or system abuse.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
All ultra88 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the platform.
- System manipulation, technical interference, or any attempt to exploit platform errors or vulnerabilities.
- Bonus abuse through multiple accounts, false identities, or coordination with other users.
- Money laundering or the use of funds derived from illegal sources.
- Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
- Any action that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Ultra88 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and cooperate with the relevant authorities when required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ultra88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses, service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as network failures, natural disasters, or government directives), or actions by third parties unrelated to the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While ultra88 makes every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ultra88 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and related materials — is the exclusive property of ultra88 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references or links to third-party services. ultra88 has no control over the content or policies of those third parties and is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from the use of their services.
6. Account Closure, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Account Closure & Suspension Policy
Ultra88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, a request from the user themselves, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any required investigation.
Changes to These Terms
Ultra88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be displayed on this page along with its effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a dispute resolution process agreed upon by both parties, or through a court of competent jurisdiction.
